Shut down computer after scan is complete

We host a batch of kiosk-type systems, and one of the things we want to do is to reboot them before every work day so they pick up any new profiles, software, etc. But we don't want them to reboot in the middle of an AV scan. Can we schedule a scan and specifically indicate that after the scan is run, the system should shut down or reboot?
