Multiple MAC isnt as much of an issue for laptops as they typcially dont have multiple MAC. However, for servers, you could combine all the MAC into a single searchable text field like "00:aa:bb:11:cc/00:aa:bb:11:cc/00:aa:bb:11:cc".
MAC OSX does have a SN that is accessible to the OS. Not sure how you pull it (environmental varaibles like PC, etc)

Well, not to get you too excited ;-)....
This is now promoted into our backlog, yes, but we are actually still evaluating. There are a number of issues to be worked out, for example many machines will have multiple MAC addresses, not all systems have an actual Serial Number, what to do for other platforms i.e. MacOS, etc.
But progress, yes.
