Add a button / function to add a deny listing for emails I report

It's possible to add a 'report message' footer to inbound email. This allows end users to report specific emails and provide their consent. However, this doesn't stop the email coming in again.

Even if it's unlikely that the end user will receive the email again, add the functionality to 'Deny Sender at User Level'
